  • You will learn how to automatically create custom and optimized media formulations based on peer-reviewed research for induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-based therapy
  • Independent of the cell type used in your process, learn how you can improve key critical quality attributes related to your therapy by having a customized media formulation
  • Learn how to maintain IP ownership of the formulations you create and easily order them in the preferred format, size, and packaging to reduce cost and mitigate supply chain risks
  • Instantly canvas publicly accessible scientific content and extract component and concentration level information to dramatically reduce the time to research and design custom formulations

Dr Asma Ayari is Nucleus Biologics' Head of R&D, running Formulation Services & Product Development and has extensive experience in media analysis, testing and formulation for Cell and Gene Therapy. Asma did her PhD work in virology and immunology and brings a deep understanding of how complex cellular systems are affected by small changes in the chemical composition of the microenvironment. Dr Ayari holds a MSc. in Microbiology from University of Tunis and a PhD in Virology, Immunology and Metabolism from University of Lille in France.
